Joe joined the team in November, 2004. He has four years of experience working in an administration position for a Group Benefits company as well as one and a half years delivering the Western Youth Entrepreneur Loans Program for a Community Futures Organization. Joe has also participated in an extensive Loans Administration training program which was developed by Cedar Lake CFDC.
